Cadet Leadership
The Cadet Leadership course prepares students to lead with confidence, responsibility, and integrity by developing core leadership knowledge, practical skills, and strong character. Through structured instruction, hands‑on activities, team projects, service learning, and guided self‑reflection, students learn effective collaboration, goal setting, problem solving, time and resource management, and professional communication. The course includes a broad understanding of U.S. military structure, customs, values, and mission sets to enrich leadership development while remaining non‑affiliated with any specific military branch.
