- Students must satisfy the prerequisite requirement of the NCCER Core: Introduction to Basic Construction Skills. Core curriculum completion is a prerequisite for any Level One craft certificate from NCCER.
- There are seven required module tests and one elective module test. Performance testing is also required on some modules.
- NCCER’s credentials are industry-recognized and include a written test and a performance test.
