They also practice real‑world employability and communication skills, such as résumé writing, interviewing, digital professionalism, and recordkeeping, while gaining a deeper understanding of how agriculture drives the local, national, and global economies. By the end of the course, students will be prepared to make informed financial choices, contribute to agricultural workplaces, and pursue future education and career pathways with confidence. High-quality work-based learning (HQWBL) will provide experiential learning opportunities related to students' career goals and/or interests, integrated with instruction, and performed in partnership with local businesses and organizations.
