• two-year and four-year colleges
• military training
• adult learning centers
• professional/private education agencies
• work-based learning (e.g., registered apprenticeship program, cooperative education)
• training conducted by the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulations (DPOR)
• on-the-job training and licensure.
