- sexual harassment—a form of sex discrimination; unwelcome verbal, visual, or physical conduct in person, in writing, or electronically of a sexual nature that is severe or pervasive and affects working conditions or creates a hostile work environment
- workplace bullying—repeated, harmful mistreatment (e.g., threatening, humiliating, intimidating) in person, in writing, or electronically by one or more coworkers that interferes with job performance.
