Course Description:

Students analyze their personal assets, explore career clusters and sub-clusters, and draft an Academic and Career Plan based on their academic and career interests. This course will help students identify the 5 Cs (Critical Thinking, Creative Thinking, Collaboration, Communication, and Citizenship Skills) and the 3E Readiness Framework to demonstrate workplace readiness and develop workplace skills valued by employers. Students learn about high-quality work-based learning (HQWBL) opportunities related to their career goals and/or interests, integrated with instruction, and performed in partnership with local businesses and organizations.
