Evaluation may include

• creating or reviewing an ACP, if available
• use of ACP template provided by the school or school division
• a collaborative effort involving, though not limited to, the student, parent/guardian, and school counselors
• a plan to align career assessment results with a program of study for high school graduation and a postsecondary career pathway based on
• academic and career interests
• work experiences (paid and unpaid) related to the career field
• school and community activities
• course requirements for graduation
• diploma options
• selection of different courses/change of postsecondary plan as needed.
