Reflection should include
- identifying strengths, challenges, lessons learned, and areas for continued growth, based on real experiences and feedback
- producing a structured reflection, journal, essay, and/or presentation that connects personal growth to leadership concepts and future goals.
Process/Skill Questions:
- How effective were your strategies and actions?
- When were certain parts of the project more difficult than expected?
- When did miscommunications or conflicts occur, and what contributed to them?
- How might you approach similar situations differently next time?
- How did individual actions contribute to or detract from the project’s success?
- How did the team respond when things did not go as planned?
- How did the experience deepen your understanding of leadership or teamwork?
- How did feedback from others shape your learning?
- Why should your reflection be organized, evidence-based, and honest?
- Why is it valuable to reflect formally through a written essay or presentation?
- Why is it important to share your growth, not just your accomplishments?
