Evaluation should include
- analyzing outcome data
- comparing results to objectives to identify strengths and gaps
- summarizing findings in a written or oral report that clearly explains the project’s impact and recommends improvements.
Process/Skill Questions:
- Why is it important to collect and analyze data rather than rely on impressions or opinions?
- Why did some results turn out differently than expected?
- How will you gather, organize, and interpret the data you collected during the project?
- How will you determine whether the data shows success, partial success, or areas for improvement?
- How will you ensure your data analysis is accurate, fair, and unbiased?
- How will you align specific results with each objective you originally set?
- How will you document gaps between what you planned and what actually happened?
- How will you use this comparison to develop recommendations for future improvements?
