- defining ethics in the context of leadership as principles that guide moral decision-making and responsible conduct
- explaining the importance of character, integrity, and accountability in maintaining trust and credibility
- modeling ethical behavior consistently, even under pressure, and fostering a culture of trust, fairness, and respect through transparent and principled actions
- upholding personal and organizational values with one’s decisions and actions and acknowledging mistakes when they occur to preserve ethical standards.
