Process/Skill Questions:
- What resources are available to help one locate potential employers?
- How can one’s knowledge of a business help with one’s chances of securing employment?
- What skills, qualifications, or experiences do this employer look for most, and how well do your own skills match their expectations?
- Why might this employer be a good fit for your long‑term goals based on the benefits, opportunities, or support they provide to employees?
- How does the employer’s location influence your interest—considering factors such as commute time, relocation needs, or regional agricultural opportunities?
- What aspects of the company’s culture stand out to you, and how do they align with your personal strengths and preferences?
- How does this employer compare to others you’ve researched in terms of growth opportunities, workplace expectations, and alignment with your career interests?
