Process/Skill Questions:
- Why did the agency or partnership choose to focus on this issue, and what goals or outcomes are they aiming to accomplish through their response?
- How is the agency implementing its response strategies, and what specific actions, programs, or services have been put into place?
- When did the partnership begin acting on this issue, and how has their response evolved over time as conditions or needs have changed?
- Where are the impacts of their efforts being seen within the community or agricultural sector, and which groups or stakeholders are most affected?
- What resources are being utilized to support their response, and how effectively are these resources being deployed?
- How does the agency measure the success or effectiveness of its strategies, and what data or feedback do they use to evaluate progress?
- Why is this agency’s response important for the sustainability or growth of the agribusiness involved, and what might happen if the issue goes unaddressed?
