Definition

Demonstration of online etiquette (netiquette) rules should include
  • traditional forms of address
  • courtesy
  • grammar
  • punctuation
  • spelling
  • capitalization
as well as traditional use of greetings and salutations in professional communication submitted electronically.

Demonstration should also include an explanation of the importance of netiquette in electronic communication and the differences in professional e-mail and personal e-mail.
