V-TECS Regional Training Gears Up Again for Fall
Another round of V-TECS Direct software training is planned for the week of November 11-15 at regional locations in the state. The "train-the-trainer" sessions are in response to a spring survey in which schools already using the software requested additional instruction for their V-TECS contacts and for other key teachers.
The November sessions also are open to those school divisions and teacher-educators at the postsecondary level that have not yet taken advantage of the free training and software provided through the Virginia Department of Education's Office of Vocational and Adult Education Services.
The one-day regional training sessions will be offered at four sites around the state:
- Russell County: Russell Vocational-Technical Center
- Fishersville: Valley Vocational-Technical Center
- Roanoke: Arnold R. Burton Technical Center
- Spotsylvania County: Spotsylvania Technical Center
