New Live Help Provides Real-time Support for VERSO Users
Help for users of VERSO has always been a mere phone call or e-mail away.
Now, with the addition of VERSO's Live Help, users have another option for
real time support.
Teachers, administrators, and other users of VERSO can seek answers to their
questions by accessing Live Help from VERSO's registration pages. To activate a Live Help session, the user should enter a name and click "chat." To
begin a conversation with CTE Resource Center staff, the user should then
enter a question and click "send." It's simple, fast, and live.
Live Help is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday
through Friday. It is accessed through the user's Web browser and requires no
additional software. Users with immediate questions about VERSO content,
navigation, or registration are encouraged to bring their questions to the new
VERSO Live Help.
