Career Resources

CTE Resource Center presenters tailor presentations to meet local needs. An inservice on Career Resources could focus on various topics such as the following:

• Virginia career resources, such as those accessible through the Virginia Career Resources Network (VACRN)
• Career exploration websites from other states and from national sources
• A "guided tour" of the online Career Planning Guide for Career and Technical Education in Virginia
• As time allows, participants can work together or individually to prepare lesson plans, activities, or projects that will help them incorporate career exploration and other resources into their courses.

Equipment requirements vary according to presentation.
