Programming, Advanced 6641

Suggested Grade Levels: 11 or 12 (36 weeks)

Prerequisite:  Programming (6640/36 weeks)

Building on a foundation of programming skills, students will use object-oriented programming to develop applications for Windows, database, multimedia, games, mobile, and/or Web environments. Students will have the opportunity to explore and create applications related to the information technology and game design industries. The cooperative education method is available for this course. Students combine classroom instruction and supervised on-the-job training in an approved position with continuing supervision throughout the school year.
