Database Design and Management (Oracle), Advanced 6661

Suggested Grade Levels: 11 or 12 (36 weeks)

Prerequisite:  Database Design and Management (Oracle) (6660/36 weeks)

Students study Java programming and Java database applications. The basics of object-oriented programming and the Java programming language are emphasized in this instruction. Students will prepare for industry certification in database applications and programming. The cooperative education method is available for this course. Students combine classroom instruction and supervised on-the-job training in an approved position with continuing supervision throughout the school year.
